Independent Representative Refunds, Returns or Replacement Policy

BUY BACK PROGRAM AND INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE QUITING THE BUSINESS –  RETURN OF GOODS NOT DAMAGED

 

A distributor who wants to quit the business relationship and who is not consuming our product that were purchased in the last 6 months may request that Forever Healthy, LLC (FHP) “Buy Back” the product.

FHP will refund 90% of the price (after deducting tax, shipping and commissions paid) upon receiving the request to terminate, return of the product in undamaged and resalable condition with proof of purchase receipt from the Independent Representative.

The Independent Representative (IR) would be responsible for shipping or delivery of the product to the Forever Healthy offices.   In case of returning items via parcel mail, the process of returning a product by mail could take up to 2-3 weeks.   We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot refund a product we don’t receive.

FHP has the right to request a refund of commissions from any IR’s who have been paid on the original purchase upon the request being processed.   FHP will also provide for a full refund if requested for any sales and marketing materials returned for refund by the IR.

We will endeavour to give you a refund credit within seven working days upon the acknowledgement of the returned products and formal request.   If paid by credit card, we will request that the credit card company return the charged amount to your account.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS ON RECEIPT OF SHIPPING

You may return products that are damaged upon receipt from the shipping company or carrier who delivered the goods.  To make a claim for a refund, you must first notify the shipping company of the damaged goods, put them on notice and complete a claim form against them with a copy being sent to us along with pictures of the damaged goods.

 You should notify both Forever Healthy Products and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the product.  Damaged goods are generally replaced and reshipped at no cost to you.  You must return the damaged products to our offices.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
